Patient Safety and Care Equity Council
MyGuardianDoc™ Patient Safety and Care Equity Council is composed of highly culturally and ethnically diverse individuals who have demonstrated compassion for people and a willingness to work to improve safety and equity in healthcare. The Patient Safety and Care Equity Council (PSACE) is composed of compassionate, competent medical professionals, community leaders, and select subscribers who work together to help MyGuardianDoc™ patients and subscribers throughout their healthcare system encounters. The mission of the PSACE is to:
- Educate our patients, our doctors, and all our employees on issues related to diversity, equity, and gaps in current healthcare.
- Engage policymakers, urging action and advocating for PSACE at the local and national level
- Identify and address issues of PSACE
- Identify implicit biases that may affect PSACE
- Respond to patient feedback regarding their experience with MyGuardianDoc™
- Raise awareness through education
- Act as a grievance counsel for subscribers
- Gather, analyze, and recommend actionable data findings to improve PSACE
- Develop strategies and workflows responding to cultural differences, and community needs
